Setup & Access Policy

For your convenience, MKY Rentals offers an optional Setup & Takedown Service so you can relax and enjoy your event stress-free.

If setup service is not selected, tables and chairs must be broken down and folded neatly in the same condition and location as delivered prior to pickup. If items are left assembled, a standard $1.50 per table. Service fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

Please note: All deliveries are to ground-level (first floor) access only. Items placed upstairs, downstairs, or in elevated areas may be subject to an additional handling fee.
