Yes. We offer delivery throughout Chino, Chino Hills, Ontario, Eastvale, Rancho Cucamonga, Corona, Pomona, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary based on location and order size.

Yes. Setup and takedown services are available for most rental items for an additional fee. Please let us know if you'd like this service when requesting your quote.

Normal wear and tear is expected. However, customers may be responsible for repair or replacement costs if items are damaged, lost, stolen, or returned in unusable condition.

Yes. We can usually accommodate additions or modifications based on inventory availability. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist you.

All rentals are based on a one-day rental period, with pickup typically completed by 5:00 PM on the day of your event. For an additional $15, you may add overnight service and keep the equipment until the following day. Overnight pickups are generally scheduled between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM the next day, and customers will be notified of their pickup window in advance.
We offer before/after-hours services when available & noticed ahead of time. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your rental equipment and event date. Reservations are not guaranteed until a deposit has been received or paid full amount.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH payments, Zelle, and other approved payment methods.

Delivery and pickup times are scheduled based on our route and event schedule. We will provide an estimated delivery and pickup window prior to your event.

No. Basic cleaning is included. However, all rental items should be free of excessive food, trash, decorations, tape, or other materials before pickup.

Yes. Many of our rental items are available for customer pickup from our warehouse by appointment. There is a restocking fee which ranges from $15 or 15% whichever is greater than. Please contact us in advance to schedule a pickup time and confirm that your vehicle can safely transport the equipment.

We understand that weather can be unpredictable. If rain is forecasted, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options. Rental fees are generally non-refundable once equipment has been reserved, but we will do our best to work with you on rescheduling when possible and based on availability.

Yes. Our rental inventory is commercial-grade and designed for events, parties, weddings, corporate functions, schools, churches, and venues. All equipment is regularly inspected, cleaned, and maintained to ensure it arrives event-ready.
